All I wanted to do was put a simple map on my WordPress web site, but all the other map plugins that I downloaded, made it more complicated then it needed to be.
Then I found Leaflet Maps Marker. It had everything that I needed for putting maps on my WP site.
What’s even better, the author is quick to answer any problems that you may have. He provides a steady stream of updates with new improvements and he is open to suggestions for those updates.
Makes for one Fantastic plugin Map Maker!
I’ve obviously used all sorts of plugins that allow Google Maps to be embedded in WordPress somehow. But when switching to OpenStreetMap (because of Google’s policies restricting usage to non-commercial websites only) I stumbled across this fantastic plugin, which has all the options one needs and a whole pack of extra, nifty things besides 🙂
And, of course, it’s obviously tremendously useful to Google or Bing Maps users — it’s not just us OpenStreetMap users that love it!
When we tested this plugin we were looking for something that would put markers on a map. What we got was some military cartographer shit where you can put fifteen different markers showing all the lethal areas on some poor saps body in seven different mapping APIs, with magnified images of his pores and instructional videos on how to operate a sniper rifle. Each with their own icon. There are more settings in this plugin than the Library of Alexandria and more exciting possibilities than a nymphomaniac that just graduated from Catholic school. And support comes faster than a virgin in a room with 72 hookers. Highly recommended.
Just love this map plugin,
It works great and it comes with tons of different options. I will recommend this plugin (the free and pro version) to everybody who is in the need of displaying a map with interesting places.
